Hi Guys, TUITION FREE WEEK Everyone could use a little yoga to help start the week. The room is located in the same courtyard as the tavern. Just a reminder that yoga is a physical activity and not a cure. If you have any physical issues please talk to your doctor before practising. Price is $5 for non-members and free for members, so best off grabbing a membership. Please bring your own mat and water and try and be five minutes early so we can get started on time.

Yin Yang Yoga session Weekly 60 min yoga session. The Thursday sessions will be open for members and non members. $5 for non-members and no cost for members.
